Accepted Payment Methods
Flavr Vapor Lounge accepts payments made in cash or by credit card.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept personal checks.

Returning Defective Products
Items sold at Flavr Vapor Lounge include a 30-day Workmanship Guarantee.The warranty covers these items for defects that come from the manufacturing process and does not cover these items for issues that come from normal wear and tear, use, abuse, or for issues that arise from the improper operation of these items.If you receive a product that is defective, bring it to Flavr to have the product inspected. If we cannot fix the product satisfactorily, you have a choice of receiving a refund, exchanging it for the same product or receiving store credit in the amount of the product’s selling price when you purchased it.

Refunds will be made to the same method you used to pay.

Returning Unused Products
If you purchase a product from Flavr and would like to return it, it must be unused. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused in the same condition as when you bought it. It also must be in the original packaging with all parts included.

If you want to return a product, bring in your original receipt. Upon acceptance of the return, you have a choice of receiving a refund, exchanging it for the same product or receiving store credit in the amount of the product’s selling price when you purchased it.

Products That May Not Be Returned
If a product works properly, it may not be returned unless it is unused (see above).

For sanitary reasons and the overall safety of our customers, we DO NOT accept returns of:

  • atomizers
  • clearomizers
  • cartomizers
  • bottled liquid
  • drip tips
  • batteries
  • wick
  • wire
  • mechanical mod
  • rebuildable devices and atomizers
  • parts for rebuildables and/or atomizers

Therefore, our Return Policy EXCLUDES any products of this kind. These products may only be returned if defective.

Returning Items Damaged or Modified by User
Items damaged due to user error or modified in any manner are not covered under warranty by Flavr or the manufacturers of the products we sell.

Returning eLiquids and Juices
We cannot refund any bottled eLiquids.
